The private sector has a diverse role to play in early warning, including the development of early warning capabilities by private organizations. The private sector also has significant potential to help provide skilled services in the form of technical personnel, know-how or donations (in-kind and cash) of goods or services.SEPEDRR project has emphasized on private sector involvement in disaster risk management. Project invited the local entrepreneurs in project events and ensured their involvement in different community level groups on discussion and idea sharing. Community level entrepreneurs are also taking the ownership for community level DRR response programs like installment of hording boards with DRR related information. Mr. Devi Ram Kusari, owner of the hotel, The River Fish who was also a member in a CDMC, prepared a pocket diary with all emergency phone numbers on his own and distributed to his community members in Tulasipur. Mr. Hari Chandra Chaudhary of HC piggery farm prepared a hazard and resource map on his own and placed in a public place in Bagarapur . He is also the coordinator of Bagarapur CDMC. Mr. Lila Ram Chaudhary of Lima poultry farm has prepared early warning message hoarding board with emergency phone numbers on its own and placed in a chowk. he is also the member of Bagrapur CDMC
